European online dispute resolution platform
The European Commission has established a European online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . The ODR platform can be used by consumers for the out-of-court settlement of disputes from online contracts with companies established in the EU.

According to §§ 13 to 17 ECG, as a service provider we are however not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
